What another wonderful corporate event by Christiani’s VIP Catering Service at The Science Center of Iowa! Tonights valued employees kicked off the event upstairs with our Signature Prima Donna Table, Signature Bruschetta Bar, and Shrimp Shooter Station’s! Tables filled with artisan cheeses, gourmet Italian meats, Italian seasoned vegetables, tomato/mushroom toppings served on crunchy parmesan bread with casual cocktail or sweet mango & peach shrimp shooters! YUM!
After apps and mingling, guests made way downstairs for a short presentation and a divine supper! Tonights fine meal consisted of soft bread & butter, fresh Italian house salad, cheesy raviolis swimming in a tomato basil marinara, buttery green beans w/pimento, juicy Swedish meatballs, sweet brown sugar baby carrots, tasty rice pilaf, crispy Italian roast chicken, and tender USDA Choice prime rib with au jus! Mouthwatering!
Guests finished the night with our Sweet Treat Temptation Tower! Filled with mini tarts, fluffy cupcakes, creamy cannolis, powdered sugar cream puffs, childhood favorite candies, and so much more! A dream brought to reality!
