Exquisite Corporate Event at Curtiss Hall

Check out this elegant corporate event by Christiani’s VIP Catering Service at the ISU Curtiss Hall! Tonights guests were treated to a fully plated meal of either juicy gluten free Steak Bourginon with Chianti Demi Glaze or creamy Ricotta Stuffed Manicotti with a Basil Marinara Sauce! Both entrees were served over buttery garlic mashed potatoes, with crispy green bean almandine and a fresh Italian house salad! For dessert, pre-plated desserts of either fresh fruit tarts or sweet flourless chocolate tarts! Finally guests were treated to a fully hosted bar including import/domestic beer, hard seltzers, house wine, and assorted sodas!
